Service Description
We are here to listen, understand, and connect with you on a deeper level. This service is a membership designed for those who may feel the need or desire to maintain a connection after completing their program. We offer a compassionate listening ear for up to 1 hour in each of the 4 sessions included in the monthly membership. It serves as a program follow-up service tailored for customers who have previously participated in any of our programs. If you have completed either the 8-week or 12-week program but find yourself in need of some guidance or simply wish to speak with us for support, or even just for a listening ear, you are welcome to access this service for a monthly fee. Sessions must still be scheduled in advance to ensure the smooth operation of the service. If you have any questions, do connect with us!
Cancellation Policy
Do kindly give us a 24 hour notice should you wish to cancel your session. We would love you to avoid "No show " or a "Late cancellation" fee. We try our best to not disrupt sessions at all by considering our clients lives and needs. We also work on avoiding or minimising waiting lists. We appreciate your disposition on this!
